This is an example of a multi-select field. In these response fields where multiple items are offered as choices, you may choose as many as apply by holding down the 'ctrl' key and clicking your selections.

This button enables you to save your application and log out, allowing you to return and complete the application at another time.
This button allows you to save your responses for the current application step and proceed to the next.


Accessibility

Screen Resolution
Our applications can be viewed on all screen resolutions, however, 800x600 or 1024x768 is recommended. Additionally, your browser window should be maximized. Your screen resolution is configurable in your computer control panel. If you are running Windows, right click on your Desktop and click on "Properties." Select the "Settings" tab on the top of the window. You will see the "Screen Resolution" area where you can change your resolution.
